The problem was traced to an issue with a single 48-port line card on one of the core network switches at our data centre provider. The data centre team instituted it's emergency backup hardware pool and brought services back online. We're sorry for the inconvenience this connectivity issue caused for those affected.

Some users were unable to access core PaymentEvolution services including payroll processing and our public payroll calculator.
