Performance Issue - Page load

Began:

We have isolated performance issues with the EVOLV platform that resulted in unacceptable page load times (2-4 minutes).

The issue is related to our 3rd party support platform. We are working with the provider to address this issue. In the interim, the support tile feature has been temporarily deactivated.
