Kashoo Integration
Kashoo integration services were impacted by an undocumented service change made by Kashoo. Kashoo was notified by our engineering team and the teams worked to implement a fix. PaymentEvolution clients processing Kashoo integration transactions (bill payments, payroll GL posts) were impacted and were unable to complete these tasks.
The fix has been implemented and users are now able to process integration transactions.
We thank you for your patience as we worked with the Kashoo engineering team to help them identify the issue and implement a correction.
